Our subsidiary in Morocco runs a service centre dedicated to corrective and evolutive maintenance. It is the right choice when you need a stable, managed and lasting team to keep your applications running: handling incidents, change requests and recurring maintenance work, with clear governance.

For corrective and evolutive maintenance, we can also rely on our service centre in Morocco, run by our subsidiary: French-speaking consultants, a minimal time difference, workstations provided and managed by Abalsia, secure VPN connections to your systems, centrally managed workstation security (antivirus, EDR) and data protection equivalent to the GDPR. According to our figures, this model costs 30 to 40% less than development carried out in France, at equal quality.

2. Delivery. We select the profiles or build the team, then integrate it into your tools, rituals and access rules. For the service centre, we also define responsibilities, the request flow, prioritisation and oversight.

3. Follow-up. Your contacts stay the same over time. When the need changes, we adapt the setup: extra reinforcement, a larger team in Morocco or a fixed-price project.
